The EffingHAM-JAM, produced by the Effingham County Chamber, is an annual BBQ competition in downtown Effingham, IL and is a evening full of events, live music, food and fun. Visitors will be able to move around the event area with the beverages purchased at the Beer & Wine Tent.

Proceeds of the EffingHAM-JAM will go towards the Chamber Community Scholarship Program.

Scholarship Program

Since its inception in 1996, The Chamber Community Scholarship has helped many Effingham County residents pursue their dreams of higher education. The program provided $1,000 continuing education scholarships to area high school seniors and adults who are starting/continuing their secondary education.

The scholarship program is for Chamber members, their employees & family, or any resident of Effingham County. Preference will be given to those attending Illinois colleges.
